Hi Emma. You have Captured this one so well. I can feel the mist and dampness. the sun set has given a warm glow to the sky. the main tree in the forground helps to balance the shot. so very well done TFS.

Ahh... this one has the magic to it Emma. I like it a lot. The color is just wonderful and the composition is strong. I think this one has just a touch more light in the foreground, therefore just a bit more depth into the scene. That is a fairly heavy camera to handhold at slow shutter speeds. If there is any softness in this shot it doesn't bother me at all. It just sort of adds to the general ambience.

Hi Emma,
The mood in this photo is wonderful. The soft light of the setting sun and the fog adds to the mood, But the wide spread trees does it for me.
The common looks to be a pretty good shape after the burn, although this tree looks a little frail to stand here all alone. You mastered the fog in the photo really well. I know what it can do with the exposure of a photo.

If those Canons do anything, they capture the slightest changes in contrast and colours so very well...with he right person behind the controls that is. Wonderful. I see someone already marked it...I can see why. Nice that you are posting more often now...it makes me wish spring were coming sooner..

What a beautiful capture, perfectly composed with beautiful colours especially the touch of bright pink on the right silhouletting tallest tree, the mist really does add to the atmosphere.

A beautiful and moody feel to this scne. Clouds and mist give it a moody edge, but the pastel color of the setting sun gives it just a nice touch of warmth. Well done!
