[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hello Everyone,

This weekend has been beautiful. Much warmer than most February days! My husband has been repairing the drive and has been constantly attended by a very friendly robin! However, my attention was drawn to this very curious bluetit! It flitted around the trees, ever cautious but also very curious!

This curious behaviour is very common with robins, but I have never witnessed it in these birds before. Maybe someone has had a similar experience!

I ferverently hope that it doesn't get too incautious as we have a pair of very cunning cats who would love to make it a plaything!

Many thanks for your visit.
I hope you enjoyed it!
Please feel free to offer feedback on any aspect of the photograph!

Hello Bev,
This is a cute portrait of a Blue Tit: I like the pose and POV and the blurred BG contrasts nicely. The slight softness and lighting make it look like a painting that is well-composed.
Thanks for sharing this beauty,
Best wishes,
Ivan

Hello Beverley,
We had fine weather on Friday and Saturday but today we have storm again! We did a bit of gardening but it was very cold! Perhaps we'll get your sunshine tomorrow!
This is a lovely capture of Robin peeoping out from behind the branches. Beautiful light, fine colours and great focus on the eye. I like the colours of the soft background too. Well done!
TFS and cheers, Ulla

Hi Bev, lovely little bird in nice pose, wonderful colors, great sharpness and splendid details, very well done, have a good Sunday, ciao Silvio

Hello Bev
This is just fantastic...Blue Tits are so hard to capture especially from a frontal pov.
This one is tight and sharp whilst retaining a glorious softness...The BG is just perfect..One for my favourites and to try a replicate one day.
Keep those moggies under control!!

Hallo Beverley
Lovely capture, looks like the little bird is looking at something or somebody, and his legs look in a very uncomfortable position! This is such a dainty little bird, with wonderful coloured feathers. Very well done, and thanks for sharing. I found your note very interesting.
Kind regards
Anna

Hi Bev

A really good composition with great detail and colour. The Blue Tits round my house, whilst not as unafraid as robins are fairly inquisitive - they certainly donot fly off.

James
