[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I took this shot a couple of weeks ago as the first buds started to open. Having now passed the same woodland again the little beauties are almost all out in full force again.
Fingers crossed the rain will hold off for at least one morning this weekend so I may revel in their wonder.

Hi there Jai!! good POV and a fine focus on the flowers. Great looking colours and a decent DoF...the only thing I would have done is crop off the old flower on the left.The remaining flowers seem to be "looking/pointing" towards it and I find this a bit distracting, but it is still an excellent composition. Ah Jai---You know I have a blue theme don't you?:-) Very nicely done. A simple still life painting alike....but the colours not abstract, remain true.

Great sharpness and clarity here. The composition and angle are unusual for a bluebell, but that is not always a bad thing. looks like it is the native bluebell as well.

In the rain they will look far more blue that they can sometimes do in sunny conditions, so do not be put off by it. I am hoping to get my orchids in the rain this weekend as well. Just try to use a tripod or something similar...
