[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
After the rain had stopped i went hunting snails and found this shiny one in our garden, looks like he had been varnished!!.I took this with the standard 18-55mm lens which proved tricky getting the snail in focus,i did not quite manage that, wrong apperture? It was hand held on manual setting, taken in raw, cropped and edited with a program called raw therapee,i must stress i have got a lot to learn yet about how to edit in raw!!Still not a bad result,Thanks for looking,Dane.

Bonjour,
On pourrait presque croire que la coquille a été nettoyée pour les besoins de la photo !
Bonne journée.

Hi Dane,
Great picture, the snail almost jumps out at you,if you will excuse the expression,
crisp focus and limited DOF course a slightly 3D effect.
Best regards,
Brian.

Hello Dane,
you show a really natural picture with the high clarity just as after a cleaning rain.
Light and sharpness are admirable.
Best wishes, Peter

Hi Dane, They say just after rain is a good time to take pictures . I think your shot ofthe snail show that this is right. You have captured fine detail and colours. with a nice shine on the shell. well done TFs.
Nick..

Los colores de la concha son muy buenos. Mi primera impresion antes de leer tu descripcion fue que la habian pulido :)
