these young house martins were sitting on top of a barn door waiting to be fed. this is as close as i could get before they flew off. i had to crop the original to give a more pleasing composition.

Hi Sue. What a great shot i do like the compostion with the curve in the old beam abouve the door. The Martins just look like toy ones all in a row. good detail and colours. i like the weatherd look about the wood. well done TFS. very well seen

What an excellent shot having them sitting there so perfectly placed. You couldn't have positioned them better if you had tried to. And you have cropped is most well - the scene makes me smile :)
