It's a great shot.
I also love to get shots of the trees when all the leaves are fallen.
You have done it great using the light from one side and a good BG. It looks so artistic.

I drive my kids crazy when I take pictures of trees. This shot is great though id think obout cropping off the bottom 20% into a square format. great angles though :)
