[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I could not belive my luck today, decided to go out with my camera and bike for a ride down to Rainham Marshes ( again ). I did not see much until I started to come back and hey I ended up taking so many shot of this lizard ( don't know much about it sorry ) so I will post a couple more for you. He/she was so lazy under the sun and we became friendly so I got closer and closer till I got this shot. I am excited about this one as for me to see a lizard in the "UK" is unusal as normally I see loads from were I come from Madeira Island.

Nikon D100, Lens 105mm F2.8D, 1/180 sec f/11 and Iso 400.
Only thing changes on this was resize and auto colour correction.

Demetrio, it's very nice and good to up close and personal. You have seen these lizards on this site so you should know they are vivaparous lizards, Lacerta vivipara...there is a lot of information on the internet.

It's a good shot, with nice detail. Good work.

Demetrio, Good head-shot with good detail & sharpness. May I make a suggestion? Next time try using your forced or slow-sync. flash to fill in the area in shadow behind the head a bit? Great head-shot!
