Hello Phil.

Very nice portrait of a beautiful bird. The sharpness/dof is very good showing a lot of details in the plumage and the eye which is amainz - I really like that reflection in the eye. Colours look good on my monitor. The composition is very good withe the bird looking into the picture. the background is well blurred to set off the bird. Only nit is the little noise in the background which easily could be removed with a software like Neat Image - you find a download link on my intro-side. A note with a little more information of the bird would be nice for us who do not know the bird.

Ah yes Phil, a majestic portrait of this majestic bird. Excellent sharpness and the eye look so bright and watchful. And I can see you in his eye too. A superb shot, well done.

Hi Phil,

Excellent shot and well composed. You have a big gun, therefore, I have to hard critique.

What happened? The background is grainy/pixel/squares/noise? all over the image. Post pro problem? Or was it super cropped past the pixel allowance.?
Careful on the blown area on top of beak.
Not bad, but not what I expected from your machine.
Better luck next time.
