| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Taken last night at Baiter Bay in Poole Harbour. There is a patch of boggy water in an otherwise well kempt area of grass here that caught the sun perfectly as it set.
This large expanse of flat grass is the local haunt for land boarders and big kite flyers. On a windy day this place is rammed with people either floating through the air on the end of a huge kite or racing along the ground being toweed by one! i hope to get some good shots here when flying conditions prevail!
i used a polarising filter here and have upped the saturation a little to make the colours a bit more vivid. I hope you like it. |

Well-composed sunset view, Paul.
I keep repeating in my notes that urban as well as rural horizons world over are getting ugly with power lines, TV cables, dish antennae and all that stuff we need in our modern lives.
You too have a share of them in this image.
