Hi Umit,
you start with a nice picture, but it's out of focus because you used a quite long shutter speed for this long lens(300MM)
For a hand held camera you need at least 1/500 sec to avoid camera-shakings are you need a tripod. Nice colours and good POV (Point Of View). And the picture is small, you can post up to 800px.
