Hi Paul

Awesome shot and very well stitched together. Not a single piece of evidence remained of this rather tricky process. After all, one need to have the proper material to start with as the photos used to do the stitching had to be taken with the utmost care to ensure a perfectly successful stitch such as this one. My only question would be, “Why did you not post it in the large panorama format as well?”

This is a great composition showing a perfect mirror image of this amazing scene. Stunning well saturated colours, immensely sharp details achieved with the F/22 aperture, and perfect exposure through the 1/2 second shutter speed truly gave this photo a WOW rating.

Hi Paul,
This is a beauty! Excellent stitch job. Flawless seams. My judgement for a superb reflection is when you can flip the photo around and it looks just as good upsidedown. This one has that quality. Great balance in the landscape and the reflection. Great camera work here.

Very nice shot, the reflexion in water is perfect and in the more of the picture is on the right side, the shade which show us an triangle but with an other orientation.

What a beautiful location and what stunning weather you had that day. Still waiting on a simular day here. Excellent work on the stitch, no trace what so ever. Love the warm colors and the perfect mirror.
About the lens. Is this the Sigma 24-70 EX F2.8 macro one? I am thinking of buying it. Would you recommend it?

WOW! This is terrific! 4 shots stitched so well indeed look amazing! What program did you use from Adobe?
Anyway, the overall composition here is more than wonderful, the colors enhanced by the warm light and that perfect reflection all make a breathtaking view.
I really like the details throughout the entire frame, too, given by the very good f/22, and also the impeccable exposure.
My hat's off to you!

It is difficult to believe the patch-up of four separate shots can be that seamless and perfect, Paul, but you have done it!
Giving you just 2 points for this kind of picture would be an insult.
I too would have loved to see an LP of this image.

Hi there Paul. This is a magnificent picture. The water is so still and the reflections are excellent. The early light on the hills and the lovely composition makes this photo a pleasure for the eye. Sandra and I hope to go here next September (this is the lake district, right?). Since we went to Dartmoor, we are hooked to England; such a lovely country. Happy holidays!

This is a beautiful place, I've posted a couple of photos from the same location. The autumn colours and the dead calm water really add something to this photo, though, you were obviously lucky to be there when there was no wind.
Did you get wet feet? When I went, the water was running off the hills behind the car park and covered what looked like a plain grass bank until I stepped there and it was too late!Lovely photo, anyway, makes me want to go back there.
