Hello Servane,

This is a great capture of the Marbled White butterfly. The composition works very fine but most of all I like the lighting. The light falls tangential to the wing surface emphasizing every little piece of detail and the outstanding textures. The butterfly is razor sharp and the colors look great! Well done and presented on a perfectly blurred background! Thank you!

It is wonderful sharpness that you managed here, Servane. The image is absolutely lovely. It might be fun to experiment at bit with the frame. Your high contrast frame is nice. Just for fun, try a neutral toned frame and see if your butterfly and flower visually come forward and "pop" right out of the frame. In your version the frame comes forward, pushing the subject back. It is a fun experiment.
