One of the most beautiful colored bird from Romania is the Roller - Coracias garrulus. All the Rollers are large, brightly coloured, crow-like birds, named from
their somersaulting courtship display. Bill stout, slightly hooked, legs rather short. Sexes more or less alike. Hole nesters. (from Collins pocket guide).

Buna Dan,

Ai reusit o fotografie foarte buna a acestei dumbravence. Calitatea imaginii est buna mai ales avand in vedere ca dataorita combinatiei obiectiv convertor cred ca nu ai putut folosi focalizarea automata. Lumina este bine folosita si cu toate ca nu am vazut aceast pasare in natura culorile sunt bine redate. Fac aceasta afirmatie si privind nuantele naturale de verde ale frunzelor din partea de jos a fotografiei. Sclipirea de lumina din ochiul pasarii adauga un plus de viata si dinamism intregii imagini.
