Hi Jaap. This is a first class close up of the Four spotted Chasher. The detail and colours are spot on with sharp focusing. with good use of the light on the wings. well done TFs. Interesting notes too

This is a superb presentation...I really like the pov here and your dof which has a super sharp body and virtually all of the wings..No easy thing to do...Its a shot worthy of being in a reference book.

I discover your gallery belatedly, sorry about this, Jaap. You are an expert on dragonfly photography among other things. This picture shows your consummate skill: dragonflies are in my opinion a question of light, animal pose and angle above other things. You did extremely well with this Chaser. I'm learning here!

Very nicely composed with a wonderful POV and a excllent pose.
The details are nice and sharp on the whole insect with a superb DOF too.

I found and photographed my first Four-Spotted Chaser only yesterday! :-)
It is a really impressive dragonfly and you show it so well here.
The POV and composition can't be better!
Very sharp and full of detail.
