Le paon de nuit est le plus gros papillon de France. Celui-ci dépasse les 10 cm d envergure.
il est difficile à voir car comme son nom l indique, il ne sort que la nuit.
celui-ci, j ai eu la chance de le trouver en bord de haie un peu estourbi par le jour et il m a permis quelques clichés sur cette souche d arbre. Ce papillon est fantastique et d'une grande finesse malgré ses couleurs pales.

What a beautiful butterfly. And a very good shot of it. Gray color of the tree with interesting texture is very simple but interesting background. Great work.
