My first impression is that the frame dominates the picture instead of leading one INTO the picture. I know I probably do too much with frames...they are such fun and in some cases really showcase a photo. Here my eye keeps going to the frame rather than the picture. I think just narrower without the writing on it would work. There are some interesting features to this photo. I am fascinated with reflections. I find it a little disjointed...divided right in half...the top very contrasty and silhouetted and the bottom detailed.
