This is Orchis anatolica ssp. troodii. It grows together with the typical subspecies. It grows on volcanic soils in the slopes of Mt trodoos.
, actually it is consedered rightfully as a subspecies of Orchis anatolica.

Good shot! You've captured this one well, focus is good, as is the DOF and sharpness - and you've shown the long spur nicely. About the only thing I find marginally distracting is the apparent glow around the flowers - is it intentional, a flash reflection, or caused by a dirty lens/filter? Anyway, nicely captured :-D
