Hi ivan,
Beautiful shot.
And a beautiful bird as well. Never saw this species before.
I'm not a real birder let alone an ornithologist:-). I'm starting to doubt about the former though.... Good work

Nice bird to start with. I have never seen this before but he is adorable. Love the perky pose and the yellow eye. Nice colors and details and a nice natural setting.

Hi Ivan.
Funny and cute bird and amazing pictured scenery. I like true natural scene and excellent its reproduction. POV is excellent and impressive. You managed to expose the shot very well. Sunlight was difficult enough for shooting. I also like DOF. Passage from sharpness to blurriness is very smooth. Main objects are detailed very well. My compliments and TFS.

This is a new species to me. Cute little bird. Sharply focused and handle the light well. This Cyprus Warbler stands out nicely from background. TFS this impressive image.

This is a great photo of a bird we have never seen. I know some of the Sylvias and know how hard they are to get a good photo of. Yesterday we were sneaking out for a melanocephala (sammetshätta) here in Camargue, but with bad result unfortunatly.... ;o)

I really like the pose of the bird as it is so characteristic.

the Cypres warbler is high on my list of waht to see. But I'll guess I have to go to Cypres for that. Most of the small sylvia warbler are really fast and hard to capture. I reckon this is also fast little fellow. Well captured!

Hello again Ivan!
Thanks that you paid my attention of endemic bird species to Cyprus! Now I see the second one. This is really funny bird. I like a lot this picture and especially bird's "head-dress" :)
But is is really endemic to Cyprus if it is known also from Israel and Jordan? I would rather say that it is breeding only on this island :)
Anyway, nice to see something new and interesting so once again many thanks for showing these interesting species!
