You have excelled yourself in this image of unsurpassable beauty, Ivan. I just can't take my off this lovable presentation of a migratory bird on its way from Africa to East Europe. Unbelievable but true! What distances between continents these birds span for survival!
Who says an image looks best only in diagonal positioning of the subject. I wouldn't allow myself even a milimeter of displacement from this position if I were you.
I have to add this great image to my favourites :-).

What a lovely capture of this elegant bird, the pose is very good as he looks ready to take off again, I would have probably ended up with a shot of the Branch, the detail is lovely and sharp and the colours are beautiful and fresh.

It's extraordinary to see an image of this species that is not cluttered by vegetation - but this one is excellent. A very active and small species, it takes a great deal of patience - and probably a little luck - to capture such a good image of this beautiful woodland species.

Very nice shot , i love the details of the wings and the the posture of the bird. The BG i feel s slightly distratcing perhaps b'coz there 're quite a few criss cross reds or leaves in the BG; but that is a minor issue, compared to the beautiful capture.
