Aphrodite's Charms

Another composition of Geronisos Island just off the Akamas Peninsula, this time the sun is below the horizen with the last rays of the sun dancing about the sky. I used my lee ND filter 0.9 to emphasize and increase contrast in the sky.

Hi Stephen,
I feel like being in a dream looking at this wonderful composition. I don't know much about use of filters but I can say that you do! This is wonderful! Thanks,

Hi Stephen I've ben away lately (to the South Island) and have missed your latest photos.
This is awesome. What super colours and lighting. And it's an excellent composition.
Quite wonderful
Janice

What a perfect and a little "Paulesque" wide angle shot of a seascape with lots of rough rocks around Stephen, the exposure is right on the spot and the tremendous depth of field emanating from the exaggerated perspective of the focal length is so nice to watch. Thanks for this fine scene indeed!

Hello Stephen,
Once again beautiful. Nothing about your meeting with the water nymphs in your note?:-)
Well done. You had an excellent Cyprus trip, I see.

Holy $#!^, Steve. I go away for a while and your shots have become even more remarkable. Great color from all of this exposure control, with great details in those rays of sunlight down to the dark rocks in the fg. The heck with the water nymphs, I'm thinking you made a deal with the devil.
