[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
In this series of Cyprus landscapes I have uploaded images from various locations around the Akamas area which is situated at the westernmost point of the island. I hope I give TN a good visual representation of the general area if you ever decide to visit that location.

I found it to be a place of incomparable natural beauty and the local people I met there were very friendly and helpful.

Hi Stephen,

You have done well presenting your beautiful island. This is another tree that clings to life, despite the weather conditions...and here also clings to the cliff. l Iike the composition. I thnk I would have preferred a little deeper depth of field. Even though the rocks on the shore are actually mid ground, they occupy a foreground position and I find myself wanting to squint to bring them into focus. Hind sight is so much easier than thinking all this out in the field!! It's still a nice image.

I am really starting to like your Cyprus series. All photos are just amazing. I like the DOF on this shot a lot. It gives the ocean this nice OOF view and puts all attention to the tree. It always amazes me how trees can sometimes survive in the most strange places.
