Akamas Dawn

A wild, undeveloped finger of land jutting into the Mediterranean, the Akamas is a true gem. It contains a network of nature trails and the Bath of Aphrodite. It is tentatively set-aside as a preservation area, but this status could be in danger.

It is currently a hot topic of debate with one side calling for National Park status and the other for development to bring more tourist money into the region.

Hi Stephen

still love your work and really enjoy looking at it given I haven't been able to get out for so long now (due to continuing ill health).

Hi Stephen!

You present us a beautiful seascape! It's wild and harmonic at the same time, the lighting is superb and could be the backdrop of a romantic or/and dramatic movie. t's, from my point of view, also impressive because its effect is near the one of a painting.

Kind regards

Markus

Hi Stephen,
very interesting composition. Although this seems more about the sky than the land to me, there's so much going on at the bottom that the whole thing is very well balanced. Great timing and range of colours too.
Always a pleasure to see your superb photography, thanks alot for sharing it.

Hi Steve,
Your dramtic sky with moon, and the time of day make this one very special. You managed the combined exposure of land and late sky very well..Excellent color & comp.
I see a bit of noise top rt sky that crept in. The 5D should be a big help there.
Well done!

Hi Stephen,
Marking it for now. Will be back.
