Serapias Levantina:
I took this photo last year in Ilgaz in the east of Kyrenia and now I am happy that I have a chance to show this beauty all over the world.You can find them rarely now because of the fires day by day their generations are coming to an end. Their plants come out at the begining of March and you can see them in flower in April. I have more photos of orchids but this is my favourite so first I put this one. I have also bud of this one may be I upload it later on for you...

Gamze hi,Thank you for sharing to us.(I must correct you because Seapia levantina is'nt endemic orchid of Cyprus.You can find it south of Turkey,Syrira and Israel).

An amazing tall plant that i have never remember seen in Cyprus. Excellent shot plus purple is my favourite colour. I will look out for this plant when i travel there.
