Michael,

This is a gorgeous macro! The colors are brilliant, and the details are superb. I like how the pollen (if that's what it is) shows up clearly and in good focus. I like the blurred background. It looks like the focus falls off a little bit on the tail end of the fly, but the eye is in clear focus, which is the most important part of this photo. Also, the cropping might be a bit tight on the top. If we could see the entire wing, I think that would make the composition a little stronger. Nicely done!
