Hi Don
this is a juvenile Pied Wagtail (Motacilla alba)
the dead branches are interesting for the compo of the image. imho the bird should have been placed in the upper left third thus showing the V of the dead branches, even if the bird is far away you can take beautiful pictures with a good compo
