Hello Saeed my friend,
This is a superb macro with outstanding details and vivid color. The water droplets look like diamonds on a cloth. I had to show my wife as she loves this kind of image and she too said how wonderful it is. Fantastic work my friend.

A well seen and aesthetically composed shot with perfect focus and judicious use of fill flash.
It is a sheer joy to look at this lovely picture.

Absolutely splendid macro photograph of those "pearls"! Simplicity is often the key to a great picture! Here is a more detailed critique:

Composition:

You composed the picture very well! I appreciate you kept things simple. There are no distracting objects in your photo which is a good thing. By overlapping the water drops you emphasized the perspective. The dark background is excellent for isolating the subject! I like the way you followed the rule of thirds by placing the two vertical leaves along the first and last third of the picture. They look like curtains on a stage. The diagonal leave that supports the drops adds some dynamism to the picture and the water drops are a spectacle for my eyes. Very well done!

Colors:

The color range was kept to a minimum in your shot. But you captured millions of green tones which look so natural and relaxing. Saturation is very good!

Contrast:

Excellent overall contrast in your picture! The green tones are highlightened very well by the dark background. The bright reflections in the water droplets just compliment your shot and draw attention to themselves!

Exposure:

The great camera work led to an outstanding exposure! All the details were preserved very well! Ok, maybe very small areas of the highlights in the reflections are a tiny bit overexposed but this is fully accepted!

Focus:

Focus was achieved precisely on the droplets! The great DOF control allowed keeping them in perfect focus and rendered superb details. I also like the textures and the nervures in the leaves.

This is a splendid macro!
Even of this type of photo have been posted on TN in the past, it's something about each of them that makes them special.
The straight lines of the leaves "contrast" well with the spherical shape of the water drops, creating a charming composition.
