I believe this is your first portrait of a bird, Saeed, and you have done a superb job of it. Congratulations!
This bird does not look angry to me at all. In fact, it looks quite composed and dignified.
Very sharp image with great details and colours. The eye is very well recorded.

A very piercing portrait of this wonderful eagle.
The pose you managed to capture this one in is terrific and the angle of the ligthing helped you in getting the best of all the colors.
The details are wonderful and very sharp, the natural tones are lovely and the DOF is impeccable - blurring the BG nicely.

This one is very angry for sure! You captured a clean and beautiful profile!

Composition:

You composed the picture perfectly for such a profile portrait! The face of the eagle is placed into a very powerful point which is a great asset for your composition. I love the simplicity! You excluded any distracting object to present your raptor. The blurred background isolates it perfectly! Very well done!

Colors:

Very good and natural looking colors! Judging by the color temperature I would say that the sun was pretty low above the horizon. This also created soft shadows which didn't cover the details!

Contrast:

Very good and uniform contrast created by the afternoon (I think) sun. It shapes every feather nicely!

Exposure:

You picked the best moment to capture this magnificent raptor in a wonderful light! The flash filled in the shadows and revealed great details. The shadows of the cage wire net are soft and barely visible! You also captured great catchlights which make the bird look more alive!

Focus:

You focused right on the eagle's head and controlled the DOF perfectly. Although in captivity, there are no artificial objects visible in the background. The background is unbelievably well blurred for a point and shoot camera! Very well done!
