The Taleghan in Iran is a cluster of several small villages in Qazvin province on the west, and in the Alborz mountains in Tehran province on the north side. The area is famous for its mild, sunny summers and cold winters.

The more photos I see of Iran, the more I am convinced it is a land of great natural beauty! This is a very lovely landscape image. The colors are well saturated, and the exposure is very good overall. I love the soft colors of the mountains in the background, and the mysterious woods in the foreground -- mysterious because I am left wondering what is behind that row of tress, what other scene of natural delight is waiting there!
