Wow, that is dramatic and roiling water. Your title says it all, it appears very angry indeed. I like the frozen appearance of the falls in this case, the crystaline appearance adds to the drama and sense of fury. If I had to change something it would be to eliminate the thin branches on the left side of the frame they are somewhat distracting.
