[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
dragonfly
- As adults, dragonflies and damselflies are often mistaken for each other. However, damselflies can fold or close their wings over their back and parallel to their body. Dragonflies cannot do this. Also, the damsels generally have a much narrower body and finer features. On most of our Interior lakes, damsels are the small blue ones that will often sit on the tip of your fly rod when you are not retrieving and are usually seen more frequently than dragonflies.

A fine capture and good, concise information in your notes Mohamad, however that is a dragonfly, not a damselfly my friend!
Cheers,
Mehmet

Mohamad,
Very nice capture of this Damselfly. Good enough detail considering the background have very similar colors. Composition is also very nice with the diaganal line and and the damselfly well place, almost too much in the center but good enough. thanks for the effort and keep up the good work.

Ciao Mohamad, I think that Mehmet is right, it's a lovely dragonfly, I never see before and I don't know specie, everywhere it's a good macro with great details and excellent sharpness, beautiful diagonal composition, very well done, ciao Silvio

Salam Ali,
a ggod approach towards the subject. The two contrasting bg and fg make you sbject hard to be very clear and sharp.
The light is too strong, I believe. But still a good try and the result is not very frustrating. The tsil is clear.

Regards,
Foozi
