Hi Saeed

I guess this is also a great example of the ways of nature. Usually, i've seen critiques saying or taking about "nature's way" in photos about one animal eating another one...that's ok...it's correct, but this is exactly the same thing.
This old tree fell and left behind a passage of light for smaller plants and now creates a great habitat for moss, fungi and a whole set of other different things.
A very nice post!
I really love all the colors and tones here, the good sharp details and the DOF, too.
Very nicely done!

Hello Saeed,
I have always photography in the woods tough. It's hard to find a point of focus and light is usually tricky unless the weather is overcast. Here you have spotted a fallen tree with growing moss and framed it nicely in front of fellow trees that have some colorful leaves left in late fall. Exposure is perfect under even light. Well done.

A nice landscape scene. That looks like a great forest with many interesting and mature trees. Even in death, the tree will provide food and shelter for a many other creatures.

Very beautiful composition from a nice viewpoint and the colours are lovely. I love old logs and stumps, they're often so beautiful covered in mosses, lichens or fungi. This one is cover with an interesting brown lichen. A close-up of that would be very interesting!

A very good capture of this mossy tree.Part of the circle of life ,it returns to become nutrients for the soil.I like those mossy trees in the BG.Nice autumnal colours.Good POV and DOF.The shot is well focused with good details.TFS
