[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is the “Pyramidal Star-of-Bethlehem”. The Latin genus name could be translated to "bird’s milk”, if I’m not mistaken, while the species name honors Narbonne (Narbona) in the Languedoc-Roussillon région, in the south of France (one of Hervé Gomila’s [herve1993] areas of activity).

This Liliacea species is quite common in our land, growing to about 50 cm in height, bearing 20 to 50 flowers. Note the green lines on the back of the petals. It blooms when the landscape starts turning yellow.

Hi Ishi, one of your most interesting images, great clarity with a great DoF...nice!!!

I believe we have the same lovely plant, or a close relative in the vicinity of Izmir Ishi, such a fine close up with a perfect backdrop my friend, the flower details are exceptional. TFS indeed!

Good shot of these flower.
in the netherlands have we also 2 species of the Ornithogalum, I shall been placed them later.
Beautiful colors and good for determination with lots of details on the petals.

Very good picture.
I like simple composition and colours, but the picture could be little bit brighter.
Sharpness is also well.
However, I've tried to do a workshop as there is kind of noise in the background and it could be removed using NeatImage.
I hope you don't mine.
