Tack sharp with excellent detail, color, and exposure..Well framed, excellent POV as well.
I know you have to shoot them where you find them, but a darker or different BG would offer better contrast to subject and make it more aesthetically pleasing :)

This is a very nice crisp clear shot of this grounded buzzard with a perfect DOF and true colors. Very sorry to hear about the fighting, Be careful over there. :(
