The most common venumous snake in Isral.
My name is aviad and I live in Israel. I have great interest in reptiles.
During September I plan to travel to Namibia to look for reptiles hopping to find and photo as many species of snakes that I possibly can. I was wondering if anyone have any tips or connections to local people that could help me gain as much knowledge about habitats and how and were to look for the different species.

Amazing portrait of this beatifull viper.
I've been twice in Namibia but for mammals and bird overall. I can't help you with reptiles.
But if you need tips for how to move and where sleep you can contact me.

Hello Aviad !
This is an awesome portrait of the Viper ! Wonderful sharpness, and so many details on the face and the scales ! The colors and patterns are wonderful. I like the nasty look in yer eye and this tongue sticking out of the mouth, you captured her at the perfect moment. Composition and POV are excellent too, hope it was not angerous for you. Very well done !
valerie.
A great capture of this Viper Aviad.
I loke the composition and colour.
What type of camera were you using ?
You can enter information like that in your equipment profile so it shows up with each shot.
Cheers Steve

Wow! U managed to get quite close to the venioous snake. Sharply focussed and the flickering tongue looks impressive. Only the white region at the top is a little distracting. Otherwise it is a great shot.
