[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The lady is a cattle egret caught while searching tasty bugs in a large flower field named 'Anemone coronaria'.
This bird is common here in Israel, but I liked the contrast between the pure white egret to the deep red flowers.
Those flowers are naturally growing in the Northern Negev, it is very known fenomen that attracts visitors every year in this season.
Those flowers don't give us much time to enjoy them because of our warm Negev climate.
I hope you will enjoy this picture.

that is so beautiful and the contrast from white to red is like a pretty flower in a big bouquet..you are near the negev...i visited beersheva once and saw the Mn tree...from which comes manna..:)
i loved the negev and sinai desert areas..
we flew back from ovda..

You're right, the contrast of the red, green and white works really well, and I am glad to see that the Egret is perfectly sharp.
