The photograph was taken at the "fura" reservation in the north of the nueguev desert.
I think this is the only place in Earth where the desert meet whit a natural forest.
There is a small lake in the winter but in the summer is almost dry as seen in the photograph.
the upper layer of the land is dry ' but there is still humudity in the bottom.
In spring the land brake and you can see as in the photograph, new life growing from the inside
