[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hyoscyamus desertorum is a common desert plant in Israel. It grows in the extreme desert in areas getting averagely less than 60mm per year. This year we had rains in remote patchy areas, where all kinds of desert plants emerge.

Bravo, Ori.
Perfect use of compact camera. DOF, details and sharpness of the entire and wonderful scene are simply fantastic. Lights and colours also cannot be better. Low POV is amazing and contrast between the alive plant and poor desert is superb and impressive at highest range. Perfect work. TFS and best wishes.
Alexei.

A beautiful specimen in the midst of its home! TFS indeed Ori.
Cheers,
Mehmet

Hi Ori,

A nice record of this attractive plant, nicely composed with its desert habitat and deep blue sky behind it. It's amazing that plants can survive with so little water. My only experience with deserts is in the American Sonoran Desert in Arizona which is lush by comparison, receiving anywhere from 120mm to 300mm of annual rainfall during 2 distinct rain seasons.

Hi Ori,
very clear, powerful, well lighted presentation of Hyoscyamus in the desert. I like the way you show the plant whole size in its habitat. It is offering an exciting trip to an exotic place to me. Thank you!
With best regards,
Peter
