Hello Shahar,
You are showing an interesting mantis. Your photo shopws the animal in nice looking colors against a fine background. Good details of the body can be seen. A greated DOF should have helped showing more details. Framing larger, without cutting the legs, should have also made a better photo.

Absolutely not a praying mantis.
This is a cone head mantis. Maybe Empusa pennata. Definately Empusa.
They usualy hang upside down and are as you shown if disturbed.
This is a young one. Abdomen is straight and with wing for grown-up.
