Delightful details and I love the contrast between the delicacy of the wings and the coarseness of the rocks

Hello David

A very good shot of this damselfly. The focus is very good with sharp details.Well illuminated with lovely colours. The contrast looks good. The POV and DOF is excellent.I like how the rock divides the shot into two with the beautiful OOF BG.TFS

Hello David,
This is a real beauty of a Damselfly, one that I have never seen before and captured with fine sharpness, lighting colour and composition with an excellent BBG. I believe this is a male of a species called Epallage fatime.
TFS and thank you for your kind words on my 1st anniversary with TN.

Good details, color, DOF, and composition..The light from above has cast an interesting shadow here..This looks like a female.
Thanx for the links,
Well done.

Hello David,
Wonderful capture of this beautiful light blue Damsel. Excellent composition showing it in profile on the rock and against a contrasting brown background. Great sharpness too. Very fine!
Many thanks, Ulla

TFS..:-)

Hi Dave,
Another nice capture.
The damselfly is sharp and nice.
Next time ask it to pose on a darker rock so it's colors will show better :-)
