| White Pelican (Pelecanus onocrotalus), breeds locally from southeastern Europe through Asia, and spends the winter in Israel and Africa, mainly in the northern-east part of the continent. White Pelican habitat, including swamps and shallow lakes. White Pelicans glides upon vertical termals above the land, in an arranged lineup. Because of White Pelicans large measurements (wingspan of 245-295 centimeters), it is nice experience to see their flocks, even from afar. |
