[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Syrian Rock Hyrax (Procavia capensis syriaca)is a lovely litle mammal. Located always near rokes, where they have their colony base and escape to in danger.
Rock Hyraxes live in herds of 50-100 individuals. These herds are subdivided into smaller flocks consisting of a few families and headed by an adult male.
During a tour in Gamla Natural & Historical Reserve, I revealed a an Hyraxes colony in a huge rocks aggregation, near the edge of steep mountain. I creeps slowly up to 20 meters from that individuals, a part of a dozen Hyraxes, that I could see, who sunbathed peacefully.

A good group portrait of those cute little mammals Yedidia, they look slightly similar to the wild race of Guinea Pigs. TFS my friend.
