Hi Ori,
Outstanding shot with immaculate sharpness and very skillful use of flash lighting. The bristles are so clear and distinct and creates a visual delight. Lovely green and yellow colours and they stand out so well against the dark BG. Something really has to be done to preserve and protect this beautiful endangered species. Excellent DOF, POV and composition. Kudos.
TFS.

Splendid flower and perfect macro shot! TFS. Regards,

A beautiful and interesting species rendered perfectly here Ori, it superficially resembles some gastropod shells my friend! Don't think we have this beauty in the Aegean region.

How beautiful and curious this flower with such a hairy green! It's perfectly captured with so much shapness and rich detail. I like very much the framing and composition.
Thank you much for sharing.

Wow Ori!
This is a stunning image with superb composition and plenty of details that occupies the entire frame! Dark background is perfect to make this special and fragile specie stands out so nicely. Thanks,
Claudine

Exceptional detail and quality. It is a fabulous picture.

This reminds me of a similar looking plant that grows in the Sonora desert in early spring which curls over like this, has yellow blooms and cilia-like hairs.

I'm pretty sure I have an example somewhere. Mine won't be nearly as nice as this one but I'll identify (hopefully correctly) and upload if I can find it.
