[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Lobelia siphilitica is a North American perennial. Its dense flwoers form a strange structure. I used my ring flash and later increased contrast.

Hello Ori wonderful flower and great capture of this beauty.
TFS. G's,
Mehmet

This is lovely! Great composition, and the sharpness and details are excellent. I love the ...
Best wishes,
Achim

Hi Ori.
The ring flash has given a beautiful lighting and colour to the flower, you can see all the little hairs around the flower pods, great detail.
My personal preference on this image, I would like to just see a real detailed crop of the top instead of the whole verticle format, just to see more detail of the petals on the individual flowers that make up this flower head.

Kathleen.

Hi Ori,

Great composition & detail. TFS.

Bonjour Ori,
Superbe publication très finement détaillée et superbement colorée avec une bonne opposition du sujet sur l'arrière plan.
A bientôt sur TN pour de nouvelles aventures.

One of the most striking shots I have seen of the beautiful Lobelia. Very well done... lighting is superb. TFS

This is so different to the little Lobelias we see in grannies gardens.
(I think I may have had one of these once though)
You can see the similarity in the individual flowers here.
Very good clear image Ori.
Cheers
Steve

Hi Ori

Great work - excellent focus and colour here.

Hi Ori,

Interesting image, but it appears that there's something wrong with that particular plant, as that is not its typical growth form. I'm very familiar with that species, as it's fairly common around here.

John

Complete DOF and great detail Ori.
Well composed in the vertical :)
