[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Because of the birds' size I needed to do a 'brutal' crop again.
This kingfisher was caught in my lens (new one) in an area of fish pools, there were many kingfishers and I was chasing them to try and get a good picture of them, they are small and very quick, but I managed to get some frames, this is one of them, hope you will like it.

An explanation on this birs you can find in my former post Kingfisher

Now you really know how to cut a guy down to size - What did the Donkey say to Shrek? - You cut me deep, Shrek, You cut me deep. So, this is one I am still lusting after!
this is a very nice shot of this kingfisher, I love his pose, the string and the size. I would realy like a highlight in the eye to make it rock. Weel done, Elroyie.

This is beautiful. The DOF is good and the crop excellent. As Callie I would also liked to have seen a litle sparkle in the eye - says me who doesnt have one of these. Thanks for posting

Very nice shot, Elroyie. Kingfishers are difficult to photograph and you have done very well. I agree that a highlight in the eye would be nice.

I like these birds but I only ever see them from a distance and they speed along the river's edge. Good capture, I like his alert hunting look. Very good work, well done.

Por su composicion, colorido y perspectiva, me gusta más la imagen anterior de esta ave maravillosa.
De todas formas, la calidad de esta captura es muy buena.

By its composition, colorful and perspective, I like more the previous image of this wonderful bird.
In any case, the quality of this capture is very good.

Elroyie, beautiful shot with a nice composition.

The bird is very beautiful, and it seems to be mad about something.

Great job.
