| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| Crocus hermoneus is a local species of Israel, Palestinian Authority, Jordan and Syria. It blooms just now without leaves, this one was found under an hawthron tree, and the fruit the fell near it was the perfect scale (it was tasty as well). |

Hy Ori
I like Crocus species, and I saw that in Israel are many of them. This is very sharp, with good details. And nice comparison.

Hi Ori,
Nicely caught amongst the rocks and the use of the flash has emphasised the colour.Hope to take a walk down in the woods behind my house tomorrow to see what is blooming.Shabat Shalom!

Hi again Ori,
Another nice shot, very sharp and well-exposed. Beautiful, subtle color in this flower.
