Cousinia is a huge genus of several hundred species ranging from Central Asia to SW Asia. Cousinia hermonis is one of the western most species in this genus.

Excellent composition. The clouds make an interesting background, and I love the shadow of the plant on the rock. Good DOF to keep all of the details of the subject in focus and sharp.
