[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Isophya savignyi, The Bush Cricket, is quite common in Israel in late spring. Here you see a male on a flower of Lilium candidum, the Madonna Lily, a very rare wild lily. The male here is in the act of spreading pheromone from the raised tip of its belly. Note also the crab-spider inside the lily (partially hidden)

Hi Ishi,
An acrobat ready to jump from the diving board ...

Have a nice weekend,

Hi Ishi,
A nice capture of this beautiful Bush Cricket.
Very well composed wit sharp details.
Very good POV to present it.

Thanks for this superb trio Ishi, all sharply depicted within a fine composition. That tettigonid looks like a juvenile female specimen with a partly developed ovipositor from here...
Cheers,
Mehmet

Hello Ishi,
What a fine composition showing the young Bush Cricket sharply in focus on the beautiful Lily. I like the low POV and details are very sharp. Beautiful natural colours too and I can almost smell the Lily!
TFS and regards, Ulla

great capture, dash Ori
