| This perennial is probably the best herb in Israek used for drinks. You can add the leaves to tea, hot water or cold water. It blooms in summer and autumn. at the Jerusalem Botanical gardens it is wild, found on rocks. |

Hi Ori,
Very well composed shot with great details and interesting light. I looked for its spanish name and it is called Poleo blanco, an interesting plant that lives in Spain too. Very useful post.
