Extraordinary photo. I have never seen something like thise. However the photo has some technical problems: sharpnes, composition and noises in buckground. Two points for great moment :-)

Hi David,

What a superb capture, excellent POV and a wonderful pose he looks like he has been caught doing something he shouldn't, I think the Mantis's are well fed on TN just check out Horia's shot. The BG is a little bit distracting but its still a great moment to share with us all.

They are catching few vertebrates. I witnessed it only twice and only in photo (first time was a humming bird). Rare moment indeed. Much worth sharing despite several nits: burnt areas, cut legs, background not pretty.
Colors are brilliant.
