Common name: Horsetail Knotweed

This beautiful plant is very small and normally goes unnoticed. Flower size is 2-3mm.

The plant is use in traditional medicine for skin problems and also for different digestive issues.

In Israel the plant is very common and can be found almost throughout the country.

I had to decide between posting this or a tighter crop. Decided to go for this one and include the other flowers in the background.

Well done in managing to handle such a small and delicate flower.I know how difficult it is to get a suitable DOF.Lovely colours and I like the low light making everything so soft.A pat on the back to the guy that motivated you to buy a macro lens....wonder who that was?Keep warm and a have a great day.
